This refund policy covers paid video packs on AI Rap Video Creator (airapvideocreator.app). The lyrics, the photo check and up to 2 rapped 30-second previews a day on each device are free, so you can hear your rap before you pay for the video. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which pays any refund back to the card or wallet you used.
Videos that have been delivered
A video that has been delivered isn't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. That's why the free preview exists: it is your own lyrics rapped over the beat and voice you chose, so you know what the video will say before you pay. The video uses the opening lines of that rap, usually the first 4 or 5.
When a video doesn't come out
- The video fails to render (the model errors or times out): it doesn't use a credit, and the credit goes back on your code automatically.
- The video model fails to fetch the audio: we resubmit automatically, up to 3 tries, at no cost to you.
- Our checks refuse a photo or the lyrics: those steps are free, so no credit is used.
Remakes and refunds for broken videos
If a video renders but looks broken (the face is garbled, the mouth doesn't move with the words, the audio cuts off, or it shows a different face from the one you chose), email hello@airapvideocreator.app within 14 days with the share link. We'll make it again for free. If a remake can't fix it, we refund that video. Not liking a joke or the beat after the video is made isn't a fault, because the words and the sound were free to check first.
Unused packs and missing codes
If you bought a pack and haven't made a single video from it, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you paid but never received your code, write to us and we'll send it or refund you.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@airapvideocreator.app with your code or the email address you paid with. We reply within a few working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake. See also the terms of service and pricing.
