AI Rap Video Creator is a web tool that makes short AI-generated rap and song videos for entertainment. You choose a face (a photo you have the right to use, or one of our classic characters), type a first name or nickname, who they are and a few details, and pick a style, a beat and a voice. An AI model writes lyrics you can edit; another raps or sings a free 30-second preview; and with a paid pack, a video model makes the photo perform the opening 13 to 15 seconds as a vertical MP4 you can download and share through a private link.

Lyrics are written and photos are checked by Google's Gemini; the beat and the voice are generated by Google DeepMind's Lyria 3, both on Google Cloud (Vertex AI); and the video is made by Alibaba's Wan 3.0 model. The audio carries Google's SynthID watermark, which can't be heard but identifies it as AI-generated. The voice is an AI voice: we don't imitate real artists, and we don't use existing songs, beats or lyrics. A video shows a face doing something it never did, so read the lyrics and watch the video before you share it, and say it was made with AI when you post it.

Only upload a photo you have the right to use, of:

• yourself;
• another adult, 18 or older, who has agreed to be in a video like this;
• your own pet.

You confirm this with a tick box in the form. Every photo is checked by an AI model before anything is made, and when it is unsure, it says no. We refuse photos of celebrities, politicians, influencers and other public figures, anyone who is or may be under 18, nudity or sexual content, weapons or injuries, copyrighted cartoon, game or film characters, more than one face, or no clear face. You must not try to get around the check, for example by cropping a famous photo or uploading a drawing of a real person.

We do not keep your photo in our own database or storage. The provider that runs the video model keeps uploaded images for up to 72 hours.

The site is for adults making light-hearted videos about themselves, friends who agreed, and their pets. Before and after the lyrics are written, what you type is checked, and the AI won't write:

• anything about race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality or health;
• jokes about someone's body, weight or looks;
• sexual content, threats, violence, weapons, drugs or alcohol, or anything about self-harm;
• factual accusations, such as crimes or cheating, that could be false and hurtful;
• private details: only a first name or nickname is allowed, never a last name, address, school, workplace, phone number or handle.

When a request breaks these rules we say so and don't make it.

Use the site for fun. You must not use a video to harass, bully, threaten or humiliate anyone, to impersonate someone, or to make it look as if a real person said something in order to mislead anyone. You must not post a video where the person in it would be harmed by it, such as their workplace, without their agreement. You must not get around the free limits, send automated traffic or resell videos.

You must not use the site to create or share content that infringes anyone else's intellectual property, such as their songs, lyrics, music, images, characters or trademarks, or to pass content off as made or endorsed by a real artist, creator or brand. If you do, we take the content down, may block your access to the site, and handle any payment under our refund policy.

The characters offered in the tool (Count Dracula from Bram Stoker's 1897 novel, Sherlock Holmes from Arthur Conan Doyle's stories, the creature from Mary Shelley's 1818 novel Frankenstein, Robin Hood, the Big Bad Wolf and Santa Claus) come from books and legends that are in the public domain in the United States. Their pictures are original illustrations made for this site from the books and legends, not from any film, TV or game version. The rules in other countries can differ; if you post a character video, you are responsible for doing so where that is allowed. See classic character rap videos.

Every share page has a Report button. If you are in a video and want it gone, or a video breaks these rules, press it: the video comes down right away while we take a look. You can also email hello@airapvideocreator.app with "Report" in the subject and the share link. You don't need to have bought anything to report a video.

What happens after you report:

• The share page and the video stop working at once.
• We confirm we've received an emailed report within 2 business days and decide within 5 business days.
• A video that breaks these rules stays down and is deleted, and we may block the code, device or network that made it.
• A video that the person in it asked to remove stays down, even if it didn't break a rule.
• If something is illegal, we may report it to the authorities.

Once you have paid for a video, you may use it for personal fun: send it to the group chat, play it at a party, and post it on your own social media, as long as it stays within these terms and everyone in it agreed. When you post it, please say it was made with AI. Commercial uses, such as selling the video or using it in advertising, aren't included.

Google doesn't claim ownership of what its generative AI services create (Section 20 of the Google Cloud Service Specific Terms), and we give you whatever rights we have in your video for these personal uses.

• Lyrics, photo checks and previews are free within the daily limits: up to 8 sets of lyrics, 6 photo checks and 2 rapped 30-second previews a day on each device, with no account.
• One video costs $4.99, three cost $12.99 and ten cost $29.99. Each is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.
• The price is the one on the pricing page when you buy. A price change never affects packs you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai), which sells you the pack, takes the payment, handles sales tax or VAT and issues receipts.

A video that has been delivered isn't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. A video that fails to render doesn't use a credit. If a video renders but looks broken, write to us within 14 days. The full rules are in our refund policy.

We keep a video (its title, the first name or nickname, the lyrics and the MP4) for up to 400 days so your download and share page keep working. Anyone with the share link can watch, so only share it with people you trust; share pages are hidden from search engines. Email us to delete a video sooner.

The site is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose, or that every video will be what you hoped for. We are not liable for indirect losses or for how a video is received. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim, or USD 10 if you haven't paid anything. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer where you live.

There are no user accounts on this site. If you break these terms, we may take down your videos, block your device or network from making videos, refuse further purchases and cancel a code that was used to break them. A code cancelled for breaking these terms isn't refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
